About The Event
Show off your Halloween spirit by participating in our Halloween Decorating Contest! Deck your home with lights and spooky décor for a chance to win prizes and recognition.
Cost: FREE
Eligibility: Open to DeBary residents only. Register at City Hall.
Registration: September 16th - October 21st
Judging: October 24th - 27th
The city will be split into two divisions—North and South of Highbanks—with prizes awarded to the top winners in each. Judging criteria include creativity, use of décor, and overall appearance. All participating addresses will be made public so residents can tour and enjoy the displays!

- Spookiest: Judged on overall fright factor.
- Howl-o-ween Theme: Showcase an all-out Halloween theme!
- Most BOOtiful: Rewarding the most creative display.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 in each category!
